Here's What Pregnant Kim Kardashian Eats in a Day
Is risotto a carb?
Rivaled only by the Gilmore Girls, the Kardashian-Jenner squad gives me the most excruciating food envy. Whether it's their signature XXL salads or decadent dinners at Il Mulino, my cravings grow tenfold after a Keeping Up with the Kardashians binge. And despite these indulgences, Kim still manages to cut one of the most enviable figures in the game—yes, even when she's pregnant.

While I was inclined to think she'd have specific, one-note hankerings for pickles, ice cream, or Reuben sandwiches (just my mom?), she's an equal-opportunity-carb-consumer (okay, slightly partial to pasta). She revealed as much in a podcast interview with Vogue's André Leon Talley, outlining her entire, albeit straightforward, pregnancy diet. And, it's pretty healthy...
"Every morning I have egg whites and avocado, and a piece of wheat toast," she said. "For lunch I love a salad, and for dinner, it's usually a risotto or a pasta."
Here, we've outlined her daily mother-to-be diet in the graphic because while Kardashian may be eating for two, it's a menu any lone carb-happy gal can get get behind.
