Cheap Trick Or Treat Alternatives
Well there not exactly cheap but I couldn't resisit. THey are however healthy alternatives to the usual Halloween tricks and treats.
These fat-free organic bears come in 80-calorie packages, so
no one overdoes it. A little less gummy than regular ones, the natural fruit
flavors like elderberry and apricot are yummy.
Like Rolo's but made with organic cocoa powder and cane
juice.
3. Figamajigs
Figs wrapped in delicious dark chocolate. And guess what?
They're low-fat (only 1.5 g saturated fat), high fiber (5g) and covered with
almonds.

Bite-size candies at just 25 calories a pop.
5. Florida's Natural Pocket Fruit-to-Go Stiks
Like fruit roll-ups but healthier, these organic, no-gluten,
fat-free chew sticks with 8 grams of sugar and 40 calories in the smaller
version.
6. Angel Mints
Similar to Lifesaver mints with fewer calories.
7. Trader Joe's Dark Chocolate Edamame
Think chocolate-covered peanuts. Same calories but with fiber
(5g), protein (7g) and only half the sugar of M&M's.
8. CoCoaVia Blueberry and Almond Chocolate Bars
Flavanoid-rich dark chocolate, almonds high in healthy fat,
blueberries bursting with protective antioxidants and some B vitamins. 100
calories, 3g of saturated fat and 9g of sugar.
And remember:
Keep Guilt-Free Sweets on Hand
Give Out Treats that Don't Tempt You
Don't Be Fooled By FUN-SIZE Snacks
Even those "Fun Size" snacks add up. A Fun
Size Butterfinger bar has 100 calories and 4 fat grams, 1 Fun Size Baby Ruth
has 85 calories and 4g fat, and every Fun Size pack of Peanut M&M's
contains 110 calories and 5 fat grams (and not nearly enough M&M's). But not
all those bite-sized bits are bad. Tootsie Roll Midgees have only 23 calories and a half-gram of
fat each, a 3 Musketeers Mini has just 24 calories and less than 1 gram of fat,
and an entire roll of Smarties has just 25 calories and is fat-free.
