There are a lot of strategies for shopping the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale. Some people take it as an opportunity to try something new, but I see it as the chance to stock up on items I’ve already tried and loved, or at the very least I imagine will make my life significantly easier. Here are seven of those items.

If you’re like me and have a habit of shopping and treating yourself to little treats while you’re traveling, I highly recommend packing this expandable Longchamp bag just in case luggage overage charges may be on the horizon.
I have 12 piercings spread across my two ears and tiny diamond hoops are always a part of my earscape. Low lift, high impact styling.
Big pants and a tiny top has become my M.O. for weekends and nights out with friends. I’d pair these jeans with a tube top or spaghetti strap tank for a full early aughts inspired look.
Socks are simply an item I don’t love spending a ton of money on. But I’ve loved Bombas since they launched years and years ago and wear them on a daily basis and also for working out, so these are worth it. They’re incredibly comfortable and I never get blisters while wearing them.
I have fairly sensitive eyes so I’m rarely without a pair of sunglasses. These Kate Spade New York options look designer but aren’t so expensive that I’d be gutted if I lost them.
