This year's Victoria's Secret Fashion show had it all—except for a little thing called body diversity. But Ashley Graham posted an Instagram of an imagined runway that could change all of that.
Graham, the body-positive supermodel and our eternal lady crush, posted an illustrated version of herself strutting down the Victoria's Secret runway complete with angel wings. She added the caption: "Watching the angels tonight like...👼🏽🌟👙." As expected, it's beautiful, empowering, and something we *definitely* want to see more of.
Victoria's Secret has been criticized in the past for not including a diverse array of body types in their campaigns and fashion shows. There have even been public campaigns to bring about change. The average American woman, AKA the main audience of the Victoria's Secret Fashion show, is a size 16—far from the sizes seen on the runway.
Graham would be a welcomed addition to the Victoria's Secret angel roster. She's already nailed the signature Victoria's Secret runway walk.
