The Results Are in: These Are the Top adidas Sneaker Styles to Buy in 2025
These won't stay in stock for long.

There's no question that 2024 was the year of the adidas Samba. You couldn't go anywhere—from Los Angeles to Copenhagen—without running into a well-dressed person wearing a pair. This sneaker's iconic stripes, fun colorways, and versatile silhouette made it a viral shoo-in. (No pun intended.)
While this style remains a staple in our 2025 wardrobes, it's time to turn our attention to the next big thing. Based on the NYC street style scene and IG posts by my favorite fashion creators, there are a few new key styles to wear this year. The Japan, Tokyo, Gazelle, SL 72, Handball Spezial, and arguably the most controversial option, the Taekwondo, are bubbling up among the fashion set. Each style has that signature adidas look—but with its own twist. Trend-savvy dressers are opting for the Tokyo and Taekwondo styles, while those who prefer classic options are shopping Gazelles and SL 72s. No matter which sneaker you're drawn to, adidas will keep you in style all year long.
