Can I cancel my Alo Moves membership via the app?
No, cancellations can only be made through the website. Go to ‘manage membership’ to cancel your membership anytime. Alo Moves recommends initiating the cancellation at least 24 hours before your next billing date to avoid unwanted charges.
Can I get free classes on Alo Moves?
All news users are eligible for a 14-day free trial with Alo Moves. This trial period allows you to access all Alo Moves content both on the website and the app. After the trial ends, your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled.
What is my Practice?
My Practice is your personal Alo Moves dashboard where you can access all your saved classes and series. To save a class or a series, simply click ‘save to my practice’ and it will be available to you to revisit anytime.
Does Alo Moves offer live classes?
No, currently, Alo Moves does not offer live classes.
I like listening to music when I work out, can I do that while working out with Alo
Alo Moves now features a pre-selected radio station you can stream while working out. This feature is available on both the webpage and the app. You’ll find a slide on/off button on the class page to toggle the music feature as needed.
