Prince Harry and Meghan Markle Appearing on 'The Kardashians' Would Be "Ludicrous," Royal Expert Says
Bit harsh!

If Kris Jenner has her way, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle could make a blockbusting cameo on 'The Kardashians.'
But for royal expert Jennie Bond, appearing on the reality TV show would be a mistake for the Sussexes' career and reputation.
"They seem to have cut all ties with the Royal Family—except for Princess Eugenie—so it seems inevitable that they will now embrace lives as La La land celebs," Bond told OK!.
The royal commentator is far from the first to make this point. For example, one source recently spoke on what they called the Duchess of Sussex' "Hollywood reinvention," amid her signing with the Tinseltown talent agency WME.
"Personally I think it would be ludicrous and rather demeaning to appear in The Kardashians. I think they are better than that," Bond added of the Sussexes' possible cameo.
"I cannot imagine why Harry would want to invite the glare of reality TV into his life. Surely his only purpose in courting the publicity he so despises is to shine a light on the causes he cares about? Why invite more?"
Indeed, Prince Harry has been very open about his difficulties with media attention, even launching a number of court cases against U.K. tabloids, accusing them of invasion of privacy. But for Bond, Meghan—who famously was a TV and movie actress before joining the Royal Family—has more of an interest in doing the celebrity circuit.

"Meghan is looking more and more like the TV celeb she is," Bond commented.
"I think Harry would always be happier in a pair of shorts playing on the beach with his children. But the celeb fame brings opportunities and, crucially, money."
Harry and Meghan obviously need to make a living now that they are no longer working royals, and this has been complicated by Spotify severing ties with them recently. Therefore, this could be one reason they would consider a reality TV appearance.
A source previously told Bella magazine that a Sussex sighting on The Kardashians would be huge for the famous family. "Even if it’s just a cameo, that’s a huge win for Kris, the business side is now in motion and looking very lucrative," the source said.
They also commented, "It’s no coincidence that the Kardashians all move in the same circles as Meghan’s new circle." One example of this came when the duchess' mom Doria Ragland was spotted socializing with Kris Jenner and Kim Kardashian at a recent charity gala. Who knows how else the two families might interact in the future?
