When you think about the life of a celebrity—especially one as high profile as Taylor Swift—you think wealth, privilege, famous friends, and possibly a boyfriend who wears your name on a tank top. And while all this is great, the number of female celebrities who deal with stalkers is truly shocking/appalling.

Last year, Kendall JennerKiera Knightly, and Miranda Kerr made headlines for having stalkers. And now Taylor Swift's stalker has finally been arrested.

Mohammed Jaffar, 29, reportedly began stalking Swift in December of 2016, when he showed up at her building wanting to meet her. He appeared at her building four additional times over the course of two month, managed to sneak onto the roof, and at one point buzzed at her door for an hour. He also contacted Taylor's management a reported 59 times.

Jaffar was arrested on March 6, and is being held on a $20,000 bond. A judge signed an order of protection against him, which means he cannot legally contact Swift. Good news, but this entire story is thoroughly horrifying.
