One Direction Comes Stateside to Fight Bullying
One Direction is partnering with Office Depot to fight bullying with a new line of office supplies, and more.
The oldest of them may only be 21 (that's Louis, for those of you not in the know), but there's no denying that boy band One Direction's catchy tunes (and adorable faces) can appeal to any age. The group played to a sold-out crowd at Jones Beach in Long Island, New York on Saturday night. Against bright backdrops of sights from London's skylines, the boys belted out their hits, including "Live While We're Young," "One Thing," and of course, "What Makes You Beautiful." The band's world tour is coming at a perfect time: They've paired up with Office Depot to release a line of office supplies and other 1D-themed gear. Best of all? 15 percent of the proceeds from the line, 1D+OD Together Against Bullying, goes towards bullying awareness and prevention.
Get your hands on everything from tape to notebooks, bracelets to nail polish, and even a stand-up "study buddy" cut-out of your favorite 1D member, and join the 1D+OD LIVE.LOVE.MOVE Together Against Bullying campaign to end bullying in schools. 1DOD Together Against Bullying features five of each item on sale, with a color and adjective specific to each 1D boy, so you can mix and match or pick your favorite! The line goes on sale in Office Depot stores this Friday, July 5.
