Lady Gaga's First Live Performance of "Perfect Illusion" Was, Well, Perfect

Little Monsters will be pleased.

When Lady Gaga dropped "Perfect Illusion" on Friday, Little Monsters around the world rejoiced—after all, it marked Gaga's first solo song in three years. And three years is a long time to wait for new music, especially for dedicated fans like Gaga's.

But our patience was rewarded and Gaga didn't make fans wait long for first live performance of the new song. According to E! Online, she surprised clubgoers at London's Moth Club with a performance of the track early Saturday morning. And, as videos on Instagram and Twitter prove, the performance didn't disappoint.

Here she is, in full Gaga glory, performing the track in a pair of metallic shorts and a gray crop top:

In addition to "Perfect Illusion," Gaga also gifted the crowd (and, thanks to smartphones, the entire world) with a stripped down performance of "Bad Romance."

Lady Gaga's long-awaited return to music is officially everything we hoped for and more.
