A push present is, well, exactly how it sounds—a congratulatory gift given to mothers before or after they welcome their new little ones into the world. The new practice—which typically involves purchasing jewelry—has gained a lot of popularity over the years, and celebrities have, of course, taken it a little overboard. Jenner gave birth to Stormi Webster on February 1, and since then she has reportedly been gifted a very expensive ring from her baby daddy Travis Scott.

During her pregnancy, Kim hinted on her website that she wanted a Lorraine Schwartz diamond choker. "I like the idea of a push present—after nine months of pregnancy it's a sweet and well-deserved thank you," she wrote. "This pregnancy, I would love a Lorraine Schwartz diamond choker like the ones I've worn before to the Art + Film Gala. Too much? LOL!" And Kanye delivered. After she gave birth to their son Saint, Kim was spotted wearing the choker.

After giving birth to her and John Legend's first child, Teigen took it upon herself to purchase her own practical push present—a perineal irrigation bottle. Sure, not quite as glamorous as jewelry, but definitely necessary.
