If your New Year's resolution is to find your dream job, this list is for you. Career-reviews site Glassdoor has released its annual list of best places to work, and the result might inspire you to polish off that resumé of yours.

Glassdoor's results are based on ratings provided anonymously by users on the site. In the past year, users have submitted more than 1.6 million of these reviews, weighing in on pros, cons, and advice for their managers.

Airbnb took the top spot this year with a 4.6 rating out of 5. The company is brand-new to the Glassdoor list and immediately shot up to first place. There are 260 reviews currently on Airbnb's page, and many recommend the free food and opportunities to travel, plus a positive company culture, though many point out that the company's ultra-fast growth has made it difficult to achieve proper work-life balance. But who needs to leave the office when it looks like this?

Other tech giants like Facebook, Google, and LinkedIn also made the list of large companies, and Glassdoor also made separate rankings for small and medium-size businesses. See the top 10 best-reviewed big workplaces, and see the full lists here.
