Mariah Carey's Frosted '90s Lips Can Now Be Yours, Thanks to Her New Collab with MAC
"Frost yourself."
In the immortal words of Matthew McConaughey in How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days: frost yourself—because Mariah Carey's got you this holiday season.
Our favorite unapologetic diva has collaborated with MAC on the frosted champagne lipstick you've wanted to steal from her since the '90s. And it's certain to be your go-to Christmas party shade as soon as it hits shelves December 15.
An ode to her hallmark holiday ballad, the hue has been dubbed "All I Want," and in three words (her own, of course) is elegant, sophisticated, and glamorous.
"Most people would have expected me to have created a bright red lip for the holidays, but one thing most people don't know about me is that's something I never wear and that I hate on myself," she told WWD.
"I love it on other people, but I just can't do a red lip. It just doesn't work on me. So, we were talking about doing something for the holidays, and I said, 'Let's do a champagne shimmer.' It's kind of a throwback color, but I think it's really beautiful. We called it'All I Want' because that's my most popular Christmas song and one of my most popular songs ever. It's definitely a party lipstick. Wear it with your winter white."
And that's not all—Carey revealed she's got an entire MAC Collection in the works, which will debut in 2016. *Mariah high-note squeal*
