Step 1. Start with a white waterproof eyeliner and line the top of your lid close to the lash line. This line doens't need to be perfect.
Step 2. Apply a yellow pencil or liquid liner over top the white liner to make the color pop.
Step 3. Use a dark brown shadow on the rest of the lid and under the bottom lashes to make the yellow really stand out. Avoid placing shadow over the yellow line.
Step 4. Apply two coats of your favorite mascara to the top and bottom lashes.
