Abby Monteil is a Chicago-based freelance writer and editor. Abby earned her degree in Journalism from the University of Missouri, with a concentration in Strategic Communication. She is also a member of GALECA, the Society of LGBTQ Entertainment Critics and has covered festivals like the Sundance Film Festival, SXSW Film Festival, the Toronto International Film Festival, and more.
