Beyoncé and Jay Z Air Wedding Footage During Their On The Run Tour
Cue the oohs and aahs.
Last night, Beyoncé and Jay Z kicked off their On The Run tour in Miami and brought everything we've come to expect from the two: knockout chemistry, showstopping costumes, and a slew of their respective classics. What we didn't see coming was the unveiling of live footage from their wedding.
The two famously married during an intimate ceremony in 2008, but never revealed any of the details. In the video clip, which aired during their performance of "Forever Young," we find Bey and Jay glowing, saying their vows at the altar. The bride happens to be rocking a bright blue manicure — is it her "something blue," a foreshadowing of the birth of their daughter Blue Ivy, or both? We're thinking the latter.
As far as Queen Bey's stage style, it was truly a feast for the eyes. She collaborated with Atelier Versace on two custom looks: a bondage-inspired netted bodysuit and headpiece look, as well as a medallion print bodysuit and embellished turban ensemble.
Another standout look was her denim cut-off jumpsuit and fishnets outfit, which she topped off with a leather cap. Damn, Bey.
